While the first year of the program focuses on foundation courses, for which the student is awarded a certificate of graduate study, the completion year focuses on one of three MS degree concentrations: biomedical research, forensic biology or organizational leadership in the biosciences. Learn more about the Master of Science in Biomedical Science program.

A concentration in Organizational Leadership in the Biosciences opens doors to management and leadership opportunities within major corporations, hospitals and medical facilities. With additional courses in organizational development and leadership, team dynamics, and small and large system diagnosis and change theory, students gain the necessary skills to improve organizational and human effectiveness and become strong leaders. Those choosing the concentration in Organizational Leadership in the Biosciences will complete 21 additional credit hours to graduate.
